Remember that story about the 3 little pigs? Well, it seems for the last year and a half we have been living in the house made of sticks. Wet sticks, moldy sticks, rotted sticks, yeah they were somehow holding up our crappy metal roof as one united front of ruined plywood. One visit from the Big, Bad Wolf and we would have been toast. But thanks to our wonderful family members and one very skilled family friend, we now have a lovely shingle roof that can withstand any weather that good old mother nature throws our way (offer exludes tornadoes, freak astroid storms and hurricanes named Agnes, Andrew, or Katrina).
Excuse the profanity, please. I don't know any guy that likes having his picture taken especially on a metal roof during one of the hottest and most humid weekends of the year. Yeah, I deserved it.
The Crew taking a small break for lunch. My only job was to keep them hydrated and fed. Thanks again guys!!
