Independence Day

I'm pretty sure we just celebrated one of, if not THEE most relaxing and enjoyable weekends of the past four years. Three day weekend + nowhere to go + friends and family popping by + 90 degree weather and a sparkling pool = AWESOME!!! And having the second season of True Blood on DVD didn't hurt. It also gave Kyle a chance to pass his love of fire and all things that go BOOM! onto his children. Hope everyone else had a great Fourth!!

This is the best picture I could get of Keira in her cute outfit all night. (Thanks again Kerry!) She was too busy playing in Nate's stroller.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but they are holding hands. Although she didn't cry or get too scared during the show, Keira wanted her buddy to hold her close.
