Last night we took the kids to a Senators game with tickets that Kyle got from work. We go to a lot of games for free that way. It is so nice to park in his work garage, walk across the bridge and spend an evening on the island. It makes me miss walking around in Philly, but it also makes me appreciate that we can still do it on a smaller scale here. The weather was perfect and no one was miserable like we will be if we come to a game in August. I love spring baseball! We don't know if they won because we left after the 5th inning (it was past bedtime!)

Daddy and Liam

The climb and the slide. Last year he wouldn't go down without Kyle. He also wouldn't say hi to the mascots, but last night he walked down from our seats and gave Rascal a high five all by himself. Oh the growing independence. I can barely stand it!

Keira watching Liam slide. She was very well behaved and just took it all in.
She has reached so many milestones recently that it is hard to keep track. She can now say "Da-da" and this makes Daddy very proud. She is crawling all over the place and even moves around in a bear walk, picture downward facing dog while walking on all fours. She has pulled herself up to standing a few times and loves to walk around holding onto our fingers. She is soooo close to cutting her first teeth, but she hates letting me feel for them or try to look in her mouth. She can feed herself puffs and drink from a sippy cup. She still loves to clap and play and smile and laugh. Watch the video below to see another one of her new tricks.
