"Cool"

With autumn comes 3 sure things - football, falling leaves, and school. Liam is getting his first taste of "cool" at his 'Fun For One' class. It meets once a week for an hour and the parents (aka moms) stay. So far he isn't making any real connections with the other kids since they are all pretty big into parallel play, but he is learning about sharing and loves to sing songs with the class.

Look mom, I can sit like a big boy and eat my snack.

Last year when he was 6 months old (hard to believe that he was a little baby such a short time ago) anyway, when he was 6 months old, Kyle tried to play in the leaves with Liam and he bawled. This year he had a ball and there are still many leaf piles to be made and destroyed.

"It's okay Daddy, I will comfort you when the Birds lose."

It's gonna be a long season.
